"I called Brian asking about delay in processing of flood insurance claim by the adjuster. It had been over 3 months since the flood and the claim has not been submitted by adjuster. Brian contacted a regional office and in less than a week the adjuster had filed the claim. Thank you Brian for taking the time to help me. I hear the NFIP may still take 30 to 45 days to pay the claim. Hope that is not correct, need the money to repair the house. Thank you again."
