"Right from my first contact with his office, Brian went above and beyond in providing me with excellent service. I had just moved into town and purchased a new home and he was able to set me up with home insurance and, shortly thereafter, had also assisted me in providing my auto insurance and umbrella policy. He went to great lengths to seek out the most appropriate policies with the best coverage and had gone out of his way to search out all of those discounts which could then be applied to the multiple policies which I required so as to arrive at the lowest policy premiums. His pleasant and engaging demeanor, commendable work ethic and professionalism helped to have the process unfold with ease and efficiency. "I have had State Farm Insurance throughout my entire driving history, and was a legacy customer on my parents' 1965 policy. In all these years, I can honestly say that I have never been more impressed with the level of service that I received when transferring a policy. It is the day before Christmas today, and when I walked in the door Brian personally greeted me, transferred my policy from another State, and priced it for Tennessee. I was overjoyed to hear the new price, and because he also took the time to share an added benefit of their renter's policy I decided to add that on as well. If I could give him a 10-star rating, I would... he made all the difference in my State Farm experience!"
